A year of record-breaking attendance was achieved for 2017. More than ever of you took the time out to come and visit Foodservice Expo 2017. We’d like to offer a great big thank you to each and every one of you; all who helped make this year’s show a success. Our customers, suppliers and of course team Harlech. We hope you all enjoyed your visit to the show and took full advantage of the show-only offers.
With great transport links, Venue Cymru proves itself to be an ideal location for caterers travelling from north & mid-Wales as well as Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester and Shropshire. Our own award-winning Bwydlyn butchers showcased their fresh meat offerings and bespoke produce with butchery specialists on hand to answer any queries. The local Beer brewers and award-winning wine producers were somewhat popular stands yet again this year. Our in-house Head Development Chef and Fine Foods specialist, Steven Williams was joined by UNOX and Sous Vide Tools on the Chef’s Cuisine stand this year. Freshly cooked pizzas made using Caputo flour were flying out the oven over the 2 days and visitors were able to get expert advice on sous vide cooking. "We had a great time,we wanted to stay all day and can't wait for the next one,everyone was really nice. Delice de France changed my view and went back a good 6 times just to speak to the chef. But some great people harlech you should be very proud to be one of the best suppliers that I as a professional fussy and only use the best of the best chef definitely one of the best uk suppliers if not the best. The harlech girls and reps and even merf did you proud all friendly put a smile on our face the whole time.thanks for making are day an amazing 1,can we get the food expo every 4 months ? Haha"

"First I’d like to say the trade show was brill on Tuesday. All staff were very friendly and polite. A credit to Harlech food service. The suppliers that I spoke to were also very helpful.
Second the fresh veg that I had Friday was out of this world. Nice and fresh full of flavour and the only waste I had was from the sack of red onions which wherever I get them from, you will always find a few bad uns!!!!! I will be using a lot more of this with Harlech.
And finally the few new products are again of good quality especially the pork and leek sausages, to which I’ve had ste’s dad and a customer say they are the best sausage they have had."
