Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This Prize Draw is operated by Harlech Foodservice Ltd.

1.2. The following terms and conditions apply to the prize draw Hamper Giveaway (“Prize Draw”).

1.3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the Prize Draw, how the Prize Draw will be run and the circumstances in which we may withhold all or part of the Prize and/or disqualify you. Your entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Prize Draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

1.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. In these Terms and Conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings:

Prize: Hamper to include: 5 x 200g Snowdonia Cheese truckles, 4 x Gwynt Y Ddraig Cider, 1 x 200g Perl Las, 1 x Aber Falls Gift Box, 1 x 285g Welsh Speciality Chutney, 2 x 120g Patchwork Pate and 1 x 900g Jacobs Biscuits for Cheese. There are two hampers, one for the winner who tags and one for the Business who is tagged by the winner.

Entry Criteria: To enter, like the competition post on Our Facebook account and comment with your favourite place to eat locally to where you live. We also recommend liking our page so you see the winner announcement.

Start Date: Tuesday 1st December, 11am
End Date: Monday 7th December, 1pm
Notification: Afternoon of Tuesday 8th December

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry). Employees, partners or contractors (and their respective families) of Us are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and Prize may be withheld until and unless Harlech Foodservice Ltd is satisfied with the verification.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria between the Start Date and the End Date.

4.3. Entries to the Prize Draw must be received by Us between the Start Date and the End Date inclusive. Any entries received by Us outside this period shall not be considered regardless of the reason.

4.4. You may enter the Prize Draw only once. Multiple entries will be discounted and may be disqualified.

4.5. Unfortunately, We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Draw which We do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition We cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt.

5. WINNER
5.1. The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

5.2. The Winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by Facebook Messenger within three days of the Notification Date.

5.3. Details of the Winner’s name and entry may be disclosed by Us on Our website and social media platforms. By entering the Prize Draw, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the Winner.

5.4. The Prize should be claimed by the Winner within three days of notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such Winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected by Us or the Prize Draw may be withdrawn.

5.5. Winners shall not resell, offer for hire or otherwise transfer the Prize to any third party.

6. PRIZE
6.1. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner will receive the Prize.

6.3. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is strictly non-transferable.

7. YOUR DATA
7.1. Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our privacy policy which governs Our use of personal data we collect from you. Any communication you receive will be in relation to the competition.

8.2. Winner’s name will be made available on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope by Us.

8.3. All enquiries regarding the Prize Draw (including requests for the name of Winner) must be received by Us within 28 days of the Notification Date of Prize Draw.
